Aiden Barraza has officially re-signed with the Coral Springs Jr Cats, returning to the organization with a major promotion to the Premier roster for the upcoming season. Coming off a spectacular breakout campaign in the development system, Barraza is ready to bring his elite reflexes and big-game composure to the next tier.

A Standout Rookie Season

Barraza earned this promotion on the heels of a dominant rookie season, anchoring the crease with an impressive 8-2-2 record and a stellar .916 save percentage. Known as an athletic, hybrid goaltender, he consistently proved his ability to steal games under heavy pressure. His technical skill and elite consistency earned him multiple USPHL league honors, including being named a Star of the Week and an October Star of the Month after putting up a microscopic 1.67 GAA and a .956 save percentage.

Guarding the Premier Crease

Stepping up full-time to the USPHL Premier level, Barraza gives the Jr Cats a proven winner and a highly disciplined competitor between the pipes. His ability to stay calm under intense forechecks and make the timely, spectacular save will provide a massive confidence boost to the defensive core. The organization is thrilled to have his elite work ethic back in South Florida as he takes on the faster, highly competitive Premier division.
