Matvei Kokorin has officially re-signed with the Coral Springs Jr Cats, climbing up to the Premier roster for the upcoming junior season. In addition to earning his promotion to the higher tier, the talented forward will change his look on the ice, switching his jersey number over to #86 for the new campaign.

Born in Russia in 2008, Kokorin represents a massive wave of high-ceiling, youthful talent developing within the South Florida ranks. Coaching staffs and scouts across the USPHL have widely recognized him as a young forward possessing a mountain of raw potential. Known for his creative hands, shifty skating, and strong offensive instincts, he provides the Premier offense with a dynamic young threat capable of catching opponents off guard.
