Alexey Rupi has officially signed with the Coral Springs Jr Cats, locking in an elite international presence for the organization’s NCDC roster. Hailing from Ronneby, Sweden, the 19-year-old left winger brings high-end European discipline and a fierce competitive drive across the Atlantic to South Florida.

A Complete 200-Foot Game

Rupi transitions to North American junior hockey after honing his skills within the Swedish junior ranks, most recently suiting up for the Halmstad Hammers HC U20 program. Standing at 5’9″ and weighing 159 pounds, he has built a strong reputation as a highly reliable, high-energy forward. Widely recognized as a penalty-kill specialist and a relentless grinder, Rupi possesses a complete 200-foot game. His ability to disrupt opposing transitions, battle aggressively in the corners, and safely exit the defensive zone makes him an asset coaches can trust in any situational matchup.
